ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administration of biweekly payrolls for 350+ employees
  • Processes hires, changes, terminations, and timesheet maintenance on Ceridian Dayforce
  • Administration of benefits programs
  • Enrollments, Changes and Reconciliations
  • Updates and maintains payroll procedures, guides, and other documents
  • Responds to queries from employees and external clients
  • Ensures accuracy of hours worked by employees
  • Responsible for providing payroll reports to external payroll provider
  • Other duties as required

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • University degree or College diploma is preferred
  • 3+ years of payroll experience in a highvolume environment
  • Ceridian Dayforce experience is required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with capability to perform in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels within an organization
