BBE Expediting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our International Warehouse team as a
Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse.

This is a full-time, in-person position that will support BBE in delivering _exceptional customer service_ to its clients.

You are a change agent for success and customer service who is team orientated and aligns with BBE's vision, mission, and core values.


Responsibilities

  • Understand Edmonton cargo operations critical control points procedures including temperature and timesensitive Pharma controls.
  • Receiving cargo including physical checks, documentation verification, and storage location tracking system.
  • Cargo loading and release including physical cargo check against documentation and equipment checks.
  • Cargo buildup and handover including proper placement in the applicable and segregated storage area.
  • Onhand stock reconciliation daily.
  • Comply with Good Distribution Practices and BBE's CEIV Pharma standards.
  • Promote, support, and encourage BBE's vision, mission, and values.
  • Portray positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in your daytoday responsibilities.
  • Be a problem solver that is solution driven and thrives to take on more challenges.

Qualifications

  • Technical school degree or other relevant logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehousing experience.
  • Forklift experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Attention to detail and communication skills required.
  • Being a team player.
  • Customer service focused.
