Job Summary
The OperatingEngineer is accountable to the Supervisor,
Operations for performing routine preventative
and in house maintenance activities pertaining
to the building and site equipment in a timely
and cost-efficient manner to ensure uninterrupted performance of all building systems and programs.

- Performs routine, preventative and in house maintenance and schedule programming of all building and site equipment (incl. all HVAC fire life safety emergency systems energy equipment) structural components of the building.
- Safety Emergency Systems Ensures all building life safety emergency systems are maintained including routine fire alarm tests fire warden meetings compliance with Health Safety Risk Management environmental policies procedures as they relate property responsible log keeping related general well as life safety systems.
- Tenant Services Performs minor repairs installations non-structural vital systems property required including HVAC components performs routine roof inspections keeps maintenance repair logs for property ensure uninterrupted operation non-vital building systems ensuring comfort level highest standards.
