• Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers & Microwaves.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Use electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and identify issues with appliances.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process.
• Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or part replacements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about appliance maintenance.
• Routing your day and informing customers of arrival windows
• Looking up parts from different manufactures

• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
• Compressor/Sealed System experience is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge to disassemble and reassemble appliances accurately.

• Excellent problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve appliance issues.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet repair deadlines.
• Valid Drivers License
• Be willing to complete background check if needed
