Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our leadership team.


Working closely with senior management you will be responsible for implementing our full-cycle recruitment initiatives, delivering our onboarding and orientation program, participating in labour relations, and ensuring the smooth communication of our policies and procedures to all staff.

You will participate in WSIB claims management, Health and Safety initiatives, ongoing policy development and employee training.

This is a hands-on, in-person role with occasional jobsite visits. This is not a remote work opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Post positions, perform interviews, screens, and recruit for various job openings
  • Manage job performance evaluation system
  • Maintain human resource document filing systems (electronic and manual)
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee adequate orientation and training within the organization
  • Provide research as requested
  • Provide weekly reporting to senior management
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Education/Experience:


  • Degree in Human Resources/Human Resources Management; or Bachelor's degree in a related field combined with Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Certificate
  • CHRP accreditation from the HRPA preferred
  • 23 years' experience in a Human Resources related role
  • Experience managing WSIB claims
  • At least one years' experience with fullcycle recruitment
  • G license and reliable transportation
  • Facility with MS Office, MS Project, QuickBooks or related software

Salary Offering:
The range is based on experience and qualifications: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00.
