Position

Primary Responsibilities:


Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for Mackenzie's L&D Team.


  • Creative writing and graphic content development to support instructor led and elearning courses
  • Support work and complete tasks within a Learning Management System and other learning platforms:
  • Measure and monitor learner progress
  • Add/remove users
  • Upload content
  • Troubleshoot
  • Support training sessions; scheduling, communications, reporting and surveys
  • Learn to create and edit training videos

Requirements:


  • Registered students returning to school in 2023 in a related field (Marketing & Digital Media, Arts, Education, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to selfmotivate and prioritize timesensitive deadlines
  • Highly creative with a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiar with emerging digital media trends
  • Analytical with good written and verbal communication skills (Bilingualism, French and English, considered an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
