Position

Primary Responsibilities:

Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for Mackenzie's L&D Team.

Creative writing and graphic content development to support instructor led and elearning courses
Support work and complete tasks within a Learning Management System and other learning platforms:
Measure and monitor learner progress
Add/remove users
Upload content
Troubleshoot
Support training sessions; scheduling, communications, reporting and surveys
Learn to create and edit training videos

Requirements:

Registered students returning to school in 2023 in a related field (Marketing & Digital Media, Arts, Education, etc.)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decisionmaking skills
Ability to selfmotivate and prioritize timesensitive deadlines
Highly creative with a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially, InDesign, and Illustrator
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiar with emerging digital media trends
Analytical with good written and verbal communication skills (Bilingualism, French and English, considered an asset)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
