Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
Handle food preparation and cooking duties in various sections of the kitchen, including grill, sauté, fry, and more
Ensure all food items are cooked and presented to perfection, meeting quality and plating guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timely and efficient service during busy periods.
Assist in ingredient and inventory management to ensure freshness and mínimal wastage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Follow proper storage and labeling practices to optimize food rotation and freshness.
Uphold kitchen hygiene by washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients as required.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new cooking techniques and menu items.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary position.
Indepth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent culinary training is a plus.
