Serving as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries and following up on quotation requests.
Coordinating scheduling and appointments for our Account Executives.
Maintaining precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions using our CRM system.
Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Continuously communicating with current clients to explore additional opportunities.
Performing other tasks as assigned.
A highly motivated individual who thrives in a teamoriented environment.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with our valued customers.
The ability to build strong rapport with clients through outstanding interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B setting.
Competence in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
