    We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Quality Assurance Lead to be the technical and people leader for the QA Organization. LotusFlare QA drives a quality strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Product for B2B2C products that meet the connectivity needs for millions of consumers around the globe. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of quality management strategies, plans and procedures. This is a strategic and critical position for delivering a quality SaaS product and customer success. You will be responsible for creating and sharing the best QA practices within LotusFlare. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners to ingrain and evangelize Quality Assurance as an integral part of the product development process and in doing so ensure all processes are well documented. A central part of this role is identifying opportunities for automation and leading the team toward further progress on automation. ​​You will also provide expertise, guidance, and coaching, where required, on how to apply quality assurance measures to improve the user experience

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of world class QA engineers
  • Leverage automation and state-of-the-art tooling to drive an efficient, effective testing strategy
  • Effectively advocate for the tooling and collaboration needs of the QA team
  • Help the QA team thrive in a complex project management ecosystem with both Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Water-Scrum-Fall methodologies
  • Be product and user obsessed; be an an expert alley for our Product team, and a key stakeholder for user experience
  • Be the advocate for quality strategies cross-functionally; drive a vision of what is best done by developers versus what QA does best
  • Be responsible for product surfaces that can impact millions of consumers and ensure the success of the DNO Cloud within large enterprises
  • Requirement

  • 7+ years of QA experience, with experience in manual testing, automation testing and testing strategy
  • 5+ years experience of automation testing with Appium, Selenium or similar tools
  • 2+ years experience of leading a team of QA Engineers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies
  • Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
  • Comfort building green-field testing infrastructure
  • A deep toolkit of management-craft soft skills for supporting people through servant leadership
  • Strong multinational, cross-functional team collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with project management and QA tools (e.g. Jira, AIO Tests, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Katalon, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
