As the
Quality Assurance Manager, your role is to uphold Mini Mall's quality standards. This includes developing a Quality Assurance Management plan, conducting performance assessments, and collaborating with Operations Leadership to drive improvements. You're crucial in optimizing operations and ensuring organizational success through process enhancement and communication of findings.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Management plan, including associated documentation and templates, to uphold quality standards throughout Mini Mall's operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments on Mini Mall's performance across various areas such as operations, sales, projects, and customer service regularly.
  • Conduct detailed postmortem assessments on all new acquisitions. Learn from both successes and failures to inform future strategies and decisions.
  • Communicate assessment findings and insights to relevant departments and leadership teams.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and procedures.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on assessment findings to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to review audit results and implement operational adjustments as necessary. This collaborative approach ensures that improvements are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency, monitoring progress towards desired outcomes.
  • Assess operations, implement improvement strategies, and monitor progress to drive organizational success.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Possess 58 years of experience in roles related to quality management or process improvement, preferably within industries such as real estate, hospitality, or retail environments.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance and process improvement plans.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Have proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies relevant to quality management and process improvement.
  • Be willing and able to travel to different locations within Canada and the US on a biweekly basis, as required by the role.
  • Must pass a criminal record check as part of the hiring process to comply with regulatory requirements.
