Account Executive to join our team


In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and closing new business opportunities to drive growth for the company.

The compensation for this role includes an attractive base salary, health benefits, RRSP matching, and uncapped commission earning potential.


Where will you work?
RamSoft is headquartered in downtown Toronto. This role may be performed fully on-site, or hybrid.


What will you do?

  • Identify and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Build an intimate understanding of Ramsoft products and their place in the industry
  • Host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expertlevel forecasting
  • Facilitate proper handoffs to Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth
  • Provide market/client feedback to Ramsoft's product/engineering team
  • Utilize team members including postsales delivery professionals, presales technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives
  • Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executivelevel interaction and customer satisfaction

What will you bring to RamSoft?
years of quota exceeding Sales experience working for a technology vendor selling Mid-Market and above solutions

  • Experience selling B2B solutions
  • A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an software role
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Extensive customer network
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Selfdiscipline, High Emotional Intelligence, Velocity & Endurance
  • Tenacious and Resilient, you work hard to get the Yes and bounce back quickly when things don't go your way
  • Relentlessly Competitive, you push yourself to meet and exceed targets

You will REALLY stand out if you have the following

  • Knowledge of medical imaging or other healthcare IT environments
