You will be responsible for managing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training for both MHEmethods to include class-room training, on-the-job coaching, and e-learning. The Training Supervisor will
work closely with Site Leadership to identify training needs across all shifts and positions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train the Trainer Certification
- Conduct and monitor new hire RF training and MHE certifications.
- Conduct OTJ assessments to identify gaps, and implement improvements
- Excellent Communication skills
- Communicate results to leadership with corrective action plans
- Support training for additional cross training as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Safety)
- Demonstrate appropriate instruction, communication, and audience motivation skills,
- Review / Revise existing training materials and update as needed to keep up with
- Set a positive tone for the training, including clearly setting expectations, encouraging
- Meet aggressive deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used practices, processes and procedures
- Delivering accurate training under tight deadlines
- Coordinate with Site leaders to understand training needs and influence the training and
- Lead Training Resources to produce written information, verify and confirm facts.
- Train Trainers in effectively delivering training material to hourly employees.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed on counterbalance, clamp, reach, etc.
- Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and
- At least one year in current role.
- Must have attention to detail
