Internal Advisor/Warranty Administrator **to join our team

Job Duties

Work directly with the Fixed-Operations Manager to meet expectations.
Work with OEM partner to maintain platinum warranty status.
Ensure that warranty claims are submitted within 48 hours and approved.
Confirm payment from vendors and OEM for warranty claims.
Close, create, and amend work orders when needed.
Follow up and make adjustments, send in supporting docs when needed.
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to problemsolve and high attention to detail.
Computer skills and understanding of technology.
