Amazon Seller Account Manager


We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our team in the role of FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) account manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operations of our client's Amazon seller account (as well as accounts for sister companies), including generating FBA shipment plans and coordinating with the shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing our FBA seller dashboard to maintain performance metrics and keep items in stock, as well as resolving inbound inventory issues and collaborating with our inventory and fulfillment associates to meet sales goals and stock needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own daytoday seller Central account management
  • Monitor and manage FBA & FBM seller Central dashboard to maintain performance metrics and keep items in stock
  • Weekly inventory management of our amazon seller account while ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained and integrated with other channels
  • Generate and manage FBA shipment plans within Amazon
  • Pick, pack, and label boxes for FBA shipments
  • Audit and resolve inbound inventory issues with Amazon
  • Open cases with amazon and communicate to resolve the issues with Amazon
  • Collaborate with office manager to meet sales goals and order stocks as needed
  • Collaborate with administration associates and place Purchase Orders for the shipments
  • Evaluate our current Amazon workflows and processes for improvement opportunities
  • Own communication with customers and collaborate with management if needed
  • Manage Amazon advertising spending across multiple campaigns ensuring ACoS/ROAS goals are achieved. Monitor and adjust spending and keywords as needed for the most efficient spending of funds to meet internal KPI's
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong technical competency with office suite and web dashboard software
  • Proven track record for meeting deadlines and working well under pressure
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports
  • Selfdriven work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Additional Preferences:


  • Experience in eCommerce platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
  • Experience with Shipstaion, Ecomdash and Sellbrite

Job Type:
Freelance


Salary:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
