  • Payments Processing Centre
  • Cash Management Ops
  • Digital Cheque Processing centre

What will you do?

  • Provide remote support and guidance to clients and partners relating to Cash Management Operations & Payments products
  • Completing preclearing image capture activities for payment items received through multiple channels across Canada daily, including verification and input of payment items, amounts as well as other preclearing verifications.
  • Provide day to day support and logging in of all inquiries monitoring all queues to ensure service level agreements are met on a daily basis delivering high quality processing services
  • Effectively manage work volumes and communicate operational concerns with relationship managers and service partners.
  • Meet established service delivery standards and seek to improve the quality, timeliness, and accuracy

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian postsecondary institution
  • Strong relationship management capabilities be able to work in a teamdriven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities across a number of assignments and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to resolve any minor conflicts/issues and escalate to others as appropriate
  • Previous customer service experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in a banking environment
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Fluency in French, verbal and writing skills
