of authenticated pre-owned luxury handbags and personal accessories. Since 2010,
we have been providing consumers with authenticated branded luxury products by promoting
their reuse and providing an environmentally responsible way for consumers to purchase
luxury products.

Following our steady growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, responsible, and experienced
Client Advisor (Sales Associate) for our shop-in-shop inside the Hudson's Bay department store at
Richmond Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Sales
Provide an exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs

and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products

Build longterm relationships between customers and LXRandCo by clienteling
Assist the Senior Client Advisor (Shop Manager) with daily operations in an effective and efficient manner
General upkeep of the store
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Other related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 13 years of proven retail experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retailer
Proven ability to sell bigticket items
Proven experience in customer satisfaction
Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred
