JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAMPLE OF TASKS:

Management and Administration of Project agreements, contracts, and other documents
Compilation and review of performance, benchmark reports, budgets, and marketing plans
Prepare checklists and review timetables.
Managing Special projects
Organization skills
Drafting agreements and reviewing contracts, cost comparison.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business Administration or project Management along with MBA or PMP certification (US, Canada or European countries will be Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:

General real estate management and development background
At least 510 years relevant practical experience
Fluency in English (verbal and written communication skills) + Spanish language is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills.
Must be a mature professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth.
