Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Hours:
Monday - Thursday availability between 8 am and 8 pm and Friday and Saturday's between 8 am and 5 pm

What You Will Be Doing:

Calling customers to follow up on their service appointments and complete reminder calls
Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and book appointments
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way

What You Bring to the Table:

Track record of accomplishing targets
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
High school diploma
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
High energy and Motivated
