The ideal candidate is someone who has deep experience working with children aged 0–6 years old and holds registration in good standing with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHBC). Experience using parent-coaching frameworks such as Hanen is also an asset but not required if you have another framework that achieves similar results through guiding parents in early intervention strategies at home before problems snowball.
