Overview


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the execution of assetlevel marketing plans for the full portfolio (including leaseups)
  • Assist with the coordination of open houses, including the production and implementation of propertylevel handouts, brochures, marketing materials, referral programs and electronic marketing materials
  • Coordinate branding, marketing related signage, outdoor media, print and campaigns to promote the properties (including new developments)
  • Assist in the coordination of vendors and internal stakeholders to produce promotional videos for new development announcements and special events
  • Assist in the production and management of corporate brand assets and marketing materials
  • Support the creation and management of graphic content for internal communications
  • Review Property Management advertising campaigns and provide feedback to marketing team
  • Manage ongoing updates to community websites for developments in precon and construction phases
  • Manage ongoing updates to Starlight's corporate website
  • Coordinate Mystery Shops and property visits for portfolio through in house or thirdparty providers on an as needed basis
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with potential new partners and vendors, analyze their offerings and provide findings to marketing team
  • Source new partnership opportunities by identifying need gaps at our properties, researching new service offerings to address these gaps (e.g., prop tech), and sharing findings with the marketing and asset management team
  • Conduct market research and analysis for existing properties
  • Stay apprised of marketing and leasing trends in the residential industry
  • Arrange sitelevel photography as directed
  • Ongoing departmental administrative support

Requirements:


  • Eager to take initiative and accountability for tasks

  • Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Strong communication, copy writing, editing and content management skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Precise and accurate attention to detail
  • Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Strong project management, timemanagement and organizational skills
