Tenant Service Representative (TSR)
Position Type:

Reporting to the Manager of Tenant Experience, the
Tenant Service Representative (TSR) works collaboratively with other team members to manage the tenant lifecycle of a portfolio of properties.
As the primary point of contact for tenants, the TSR serves as a liaison between the office and tenant issues.
The TSR also supports key operations for multiple departments, including Facilities, Leasing & Renewals, and Collections & Evictions.Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting, including marketing and advertising of vacant units
- Application processing and reviews
- Notification of preapprovals and working with office leasing team to coordinate lease creation and signatures
- Tenant vacate notices, movein/out condition reports
- Tenant complaints, issues, and support
- Renewal notices, including rental adjustments in coordination with property owners
- Supporting evictions team with coordination and handling of notice of terminations
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal activities related to the overall upkeep of each property and minor maintenance work
- Monthly collections process
- Monetary responsibility
- Support Facilities Management and service issues
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' administration and office support experience; preferably at least 1 year in Property Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize timesensitive tasks and matters.
- Excellent time management and ability to selfset goals and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Spectra, Yardi, or Rent Manager
- Marketing & Social Media experience
- Understanding of Manitoba residential law; experience preferred
- High school diploma/ GED equivalent; postsecondary preferred
- Require a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Base compensation
