What you'
ll do**:
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with agricultural entrepreneurs
- Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with the members of your team
- Be the point of contact for customers when your coworkers are on the road
- Support customers and propose financing and other products tailored to their needs
- Manage customer records and keep data up to date
- Process financing documentation and loan amendments
- Guide customers through FCC's online services
- Awe customers and coworkers with your timely work and proactive approach
- Participate in the success of agriculture and agrifood businesses in your community
- Contribute to the advancement of Canada's agriculture and agrifood industry

What you need:
- Certificate in administration, diploma of college studies (DCS) or similar technical diploma or certificate, and at least two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Understanding of financing, legal documentation requirements and standard office software
