Core Competencies/Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Processing orders, invoices, payments
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to achieve customer resolution

Required experience:


  • Experience in an ecommerce company or trade company is a huge bonus
  • Customer Service/

Customer Support:
more than 2 years


Qualifications:


  • Must have a College / Bachelor degree
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to customers
  • Familiar with Google, Microsoft, along with popular computer softwares/apps
  • Team player, able to work well in a team environment
  • Motivated, organized, and having a positive attitude is very important
  • Prior hair Industry experience is a plus
  • Friendly phone demeanor
  • Be willing and enthusiastic about learning new things our product catalog is constantly growing
  • Fastpaced office environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Pay:
$20.00 per hour
