Description
The Architek Group of Companies is seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the office.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage phone system and ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Manage scheduling and ensure that all employees are scheduled in a timely manner
  • Manage general office operations and assist with other tasks as needed
  • Assist with payroll and accounts payable
  • Assist with sales tax filings, filing of state tax returns, and other related tasks as needed
  • Assist with accounting for monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes
  • Assist with filing state tax returns for all employees
  • Assist with other related tasks as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual


Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:


  • QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
