How you will create an impact:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Toronto office. This will include maintaining the office, providing administrative support for the Toronto Partners and consultants, and organizing office events
  • Work with our US support teams (mainly HR, Recruiting, and Events) on tasks such as employee onboarding and preparing materials for recruiting events, forums, conferences, and internal trainings

Office Management

  • Serve as main point of contact for building management and security, including service requests
  • Organize regular office events (birthdays, lunches, meetings, social events, etc.)
  • Maintain stock of office supplies, including snacks, beverages, and groceries for office kitchen
  • Execute general administrative tasks (e.g. invoice management, shipping, service requests, expense tracking)
  • Coordinate office seating arrangements (furniture etc.) for a growing team
  • Maintain office calendar and agenda
  • Work with Office Managers from other US offices to plan USwide company events and standardize office management procedures

Administrative Support

  • Partner calendar management
  • Update internal Partner database of project proposals and contracts
  • Expense tracking and submission for Partners
  • Book Partner and consultant travel as needed
  • Assist with travel/planning for internal leadership meetings

Recruiting/HR

  • Resume review and interview scheduling for open Toronto roles
  • Coordinate finalround interviews i.e. travel booking, room reservation, construction of schedules, distribution of resume packets
  • Onboarding and training of new employees
  • Assist with planning and logistics of local inperson and virtual recruiting events (e.g. info sessions, case workshops)

Business Development

  • Manage CRM contact database
  • Research into business development opportunities at direction of Partners
  • Support with dayof logistics for inperson and virtual external events (e.g. webinars, forums)

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative setting
  • Must be a professional communicator, with great attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage multiple projects at once
- 'Customer service' orientation and positive disposition

  • Experience supporting Director/Clevel employees, managing their calendars and travel a plus
  • Experience with any office buildouts a plus
