    Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners and other professionals
  • Open, update and arrange client files using various Firm tools
  • Prepare engagement, cover and tax letters
  • Prepare various documents, including memos, spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks
  • Collate documents and send them out to clients
  • Manage the client document e-signing process from end to end
  • Perform various follow-ups to ensure timelines are met
  • Update, format and proofread financial statements
  • E-file various documents with government entities
  • Follow up on Work in progress (WIP)
  • Prepare, review and send client invoices; perform follow-ups on accounts receivable
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate travel preparations and bookings
  • Support with expense claims processing
  • Perform other administrative tasks
  • Skills and experience

  • Professional degree in office management or secretarial studies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a professional setting
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and good grasp of English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks according to their importance and urgency
  • Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing directives
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work extra hours during peak periods
  • In person work from our Laval office
