Job summary
The Director of Shared Services provides leadership and oversight for the established Investor Relations, Treasury, and AML/KYC functions that support our fund clients.
+- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA , CPA CAMS) preferred.
- Oversee daily operations for Investor Relations Treasury and AML KYC teams. Ensure timely accurate delivery of all investor onboarding capital activity statements investor communications Maintain strong treasury controls including payment processing bank account administration cash movement oversight Manage AML KYC processes for investor onboarding periodic reviews ensuring compliance with regulatory client requirements Serve as the primary escalation point for complex investor treasury due diligence inquiries Review maintain SOPs workflows control frameworks to ensure consistency operational quality Monitor team performance against established SLAs KPIs addressing issues proactively Partner Fund Accounting Client Service Directors to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery Support audit requests maintain readiness internal external audits Provide leadership coaching guidance managers analysts within Shared Services Promote culture accountability accuracy responsiveness across team.
