Routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing & greeting contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and making proper decisions to have them corrected.
Performing minor fixed.
Check functionality & maintenance of safety systems.
Report to facilities managers of any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

Some experience in Janitorial, maintenance & repair areas (will provide training).
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read technical manuals.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
High school diploma or equivalent.
The vehicle is a must with uptodate stickers and insurance.
You must be reliable & can work independently.
