Job Description:

We are looking for Journeyperson Pipefitter's with pipe fabrication experience to work in our Sherwood Park Shop.

You will play a crucial role in our fabrication shop, working on a variety of projects that require expertise in pipefitting and fabrication.

You will be part of a team responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing piping systems based on specifications, ensuring precision and efficiency in all fabrication work.

This is a permanent position based in Sherwood Park, AB._**
What would you be doing?

Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves, and fittings.
Join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position.
Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
Maintain and repair of piping systems.

You have a Journeyperson Steamfitter / Pipefitter ticket.
Stainless steel experience is an asset.
You have a CSTS 2020 certificate.
You can read and understand complex instructions.
Have physical strength, stamina, and the use of proper lifting techniques.
Required to manage heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Are adaptable and can work in a team environment.
Have safety as a top priority.
