Position:
Service Delivery Manager

  • Key Contractor Personnel must be available onsite at the Province's office(s) in Edmonton, Alberta, during the Contract, as required by the Province.
  • All Contractor resources proposed to deliver the Services, and their replacements (if any), must exhibit English language proficiency. This can be demonstrated by passing an English language proficiency test, such as the International English Language Testing System (
    IELTS) General or Testing of English for International Communication (
    TOEIC), or completing a minimum twoyear certification or certificate from an accredited postsecondary institution in a native English language country.
- _Proof of English language proficiency for all proposed resources must be provided prior to signing the Contract._


Key Contractor Personnel Roles and Responsibilities These roles do not necessarily represent an organizational chart of full time positions required to deliver the Services.

However, these Key Contractor Personnel roles must be provided during the Contract and will be accountable for the functional responsibilities outlined below.


Service Delivery Manager


The Contractor shall designate, to the satisfaction of the Province, a service delivery manager with overall responsibility for the day to day activities of the Services, ensuring all commitments and deliverables are met, as described in Schedule A (Services)of the Contract.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring that all Service Levels are consistently met or exceeded, providing strategic leadership to ensure the ongoing continuous improvement of Service delivery and prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues, managing financial issues, Contract amendments, Additional Services, and strategic alignment of the Services to meet the Province's business requirements.

Fixed term contract


Pay:
$65,078.59-$102,448.78 per year
