Description
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our mission critical Real World Data & Analytics team. Do you have experience working with real-world data in healthcare, specifically patient analytics or claims data? - Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or businessrelated field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, data analysis and / or consulting roles, including experience in clientfacing roles of increasing responsibility
- 3+ years of familiarity in healthcare, and specifically life sciences
- 2 + years of experience working with healthcare realworld data
- 2 + years of experience working with patient analytics
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
- Structured thinker able to quickly analyze and distill key issues
- Passion for solving complex data challenges and ability to communicate them in a concise fashion
- Independently manage and lead Real World Databased data analytics projects through execution and delivery
- Lead client interactions, project success, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients
- Execute and support larger, complex engagements in collaboration with senior team members
- Create and communicate clientready deliverables that answer business questions, and ensure highquality outputs and results that make sense in the business and therapy area context
- Facilitate workshops with clients to understand needs and how to leverage Real World Data to meet those needs
- Support the growth of the Analytics business by driving or contributing to the sale of data, services, and advanced analytics, collaborating with teams across the organization to leverage Subject Matter Experts and Thought Leadership to promote services
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, identifying their areas of growth and providing constructive feedback
Hours of Work
- Full time, permanent
- Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional offhours work may be required.
- Available in the following
Canadian Provinces:
Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Newfoundland and Labrador
