Job Purpose:


Lead all operational tasks for the Live North American Sports department and work on developing new procedures to increase effectivity / optimize current procedures, while taking the impact of procedural overhead into account.


Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for ensuring all scheduled events are offered while maximizing uptime efficiency.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the Live North American Sports team and take over responsibility for scheduling and reporting of the performance of the team.
  • Drive efficiency of the trading team by reducing missed events / offerings through monitoring and then creating reports of those metrics weekly.
  • Producing Quarterly reports pertaining to the performance of the department.
  • Be the main contact person for sportsbook departments on Live NA operational matters
  • Represent the operational point of view in Sportsbook projects as a main stakeholder to ensure that projects have a higher success rate
  • Proactively identify weak spots of the existing operations and reduce delays/errors by creating monitoring report
  • Train, support and grow current team to ensure that skills and knowledge base is expanding continuously.
  • Contact person for key business partners on operational matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance data.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and prioritize own workloads with limited supervision.
Ability to drive through complex situations.

  • Collaborative, yet assertive style with demonstrable delivery focus and gravitas with stakeholders across all levels
  • Experience in reviewing complex problems in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to understand data related issues by reviewing data.
  • Ability to lead a 247 team of employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • North American Sports fan and being available during the events taking place.

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager with extensive experience in change management and process optimization
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in sports betting related jobs
  • Extensive knowledge of the sportsbook, and the operations as a whole
  • Previous experience in Product Management, Project Management or Business Analysis is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the sports betting domain as a market maker or key market player
