Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Security Guards are required to monitor and patrol Client property. Depending on the site this may require, but is not limited to sitting, standing, walking and climbing stairs.

Work Site Environment:
Indoors / Outdoors

Duties/Responsibilities:

Protect the safety of persons and their belongings on the property.
The guard need to direct the workers to load their tools and equipment safely without damaging the hoist.
Clean the door railings frequently from dust to have smooth functioning of the hoist and operate the hoist during his shift.
Occupy, maintain the Elevators and assist everyone get access to different floors using the elevator.
Prohibit entry into secure areas of the property of anyone other than authorized persons as determined by the Client.
Respond to and provide leadership in emergency situations (e.g. medical emergencies, fire, evacuation, flood, etc.) and support other life safety duties as required.
Maintain log of security incidents and report occurrences.
Other duties as required / requested.

All Applicants Must:

Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license.
Have a working cell phone with text and data capabilities.
Be able to read, write and speak English.
Be neat and presentable.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Be dependable, responsible, organized and punctual.
