Your responsibilities will involve:
- Creating, modeling, constructing, and implementing functional solutions
- Leading initiatives for process enhancement
- Driving continuous improvement endeavors
- Efficiently managing value, risk, content, communication, knowledge, and resources to support business requirements
- Addressing safety, quality, and productivity issues promptly
- Adhering to budget constraints

Requirements for success in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 2 years of pertinent experience
- Proficiency in leading Lean initiatives
