Description
CookThe Cook prepares and cooks food, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Prepares and cooks all meals according to Executive Chef's direction
- Follows all food handling, health and safety regulations
- Controls waste of food
- Works swiftly and safely to deliver quick client service
- Maintains prep and storage areas in a clean, tidy and safe manner
- Keep records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering
- Ensures proper rotation of perishable stocks
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- High school diploma
- Culinary school graduate
- 35 years previous experience, excelling in a team environment

- Contribution to financial objectives

- Feedback from internal and external clients
