- Provides administration support for warehouse and supply chain.
- Keep secure records of ingoing and outgoing inventory.
- Pack and unpack materials.
- Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure goods are packed, labeled and stored properly.
- Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e.: BOLs for carriers, receiving, transacting orders, and checking invoices from vendors.
- Assist in daily cycle count and verify second recount.
- Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors.
- Provides exceptional customer service and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Completes other tasks as required to support the team.
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of previous relevant experience to warehouse services.
- Physically capable of meeting the labour demands of the position.
- Sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills to perform all job-related tasks.
- Previous related experience to drilling services is an asset.
- Exposure to different drilling environments and techniques is preferred.
- Great team player with the ability to take direction constructively.
