Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up to date on product and service changes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services.
Salary:
$15.00-$15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Night shift

- Edmonton, AB T5P 3M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
