TruckRight is seeking an Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

As Operations Manager, you will provide inspired leadership for the operations of our group of companies, which includes the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting and helping to promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide inspired leadership, helping to shape and promote company values and mission.

Create and execute plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficiently.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Collaborate with all departments to come up with realistic and efficient improvements regularly.

Assist HR with recruiting and onboarding of new employees.

Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.

Experience in management, operations, and leadership.

Proven track record of implementing policies and procedures for operational efficiency.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among leadership, managers, and employees.

Excellent communication skills.

Solid understanding of financial management.

**Background in transportation preferred but not required.
