Description
Job title:
Accounting Assistant
- Responsible for handling AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Account Receivable) in a timely and accurate way, ensuring AP and AR processing are completed with proper documents, coding and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and yearly bank and financial reconciliations, journal ledger.
- Maintain and update AP, AR and Vendor profiles both in eversion and hard copy format.
- Data entry into ERP system.
- Provide support documents for the senior accountant.
- Work with departments to ensure financial related remittances are filed accurately and ontime.
- Develop and follow up with the standard procedure on daily work, reporting any deficiencies identified.
- Other duties assigned to support customer services, administration, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years experiences of accounting in a junior to midlevel position in a fast
- Postsecondary diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, both internally and externally
- Strong selfmotivation with a Can-Do attitude.
- Excellent performance under time pressure with a calm and professional working style.
- High skill in time management and detail focus.
- Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness for continuous study of new knowledge related to financial, accounting and business.
Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
