Job summary
Under the direction of the designated supervisor, performs as assigned the complete range of clerical duties necessary for the operation of the branch or department: assists staff in performance of specialized responsibilities and assists patrons under guidance of librarian in charge
Performs all tasks related to circulation of materials and directs incoming calls.
Performs clerical routines such as maintaining files ordering supplies sorting mail takes responsibility for collection counting depositing cash received.
