Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of both the Halton Fertility Clinic in the Oakville and Georgetown locations, as well as the personal residence of our Obstetrician/Gynecologist.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of both facilities, contributing to the overall well-being of patients, staff, and the doctor.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Clinic Cleaning:

The housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire clinic facility, including waiting areas, examination rooms, administrative offices, staff rooms, and restrooms.

This involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting all surfaces and high-touch areas.

Personal Residence Cleaning:
The housekeeper will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Obstetrician/Gynecologist's personal home. This includes cleaning living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other designated areas as required.

Organizing and Tidying:
The housekeeper will ensure that all areas are well-organized, clutter-free, and tidy at all times.

Compliance with Hygiene Standards:

It is crucial for the housekeeper to understand and adhere to strict hygiene and sanitization protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment, especially in the clinic setting where patients' health is a top priority.

Specialized Cleaning:

The housekeeper may be required to use specialized cleaning equipment or products in sensitive areas, such as medical equipment, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and disinfection.

Schedule Flexibility:

The housekeeper's work hours will be discussed and agreed upon, considering the operational needs of both the clinic and the personal residence.

Professional Experience:

The applicant must have previous experience working as a housekeeper in professional settings, preferably in medical facilities or residences.

Discretion:

Given the sensitive nature of medical practice and the personal residence, the housekeeper must exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality.
