Outbound Sales Call Center

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
Up sell additional products as need arises.
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
Willing to be cross trained to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Master the workflow and script making it your own, by speaking on the phone with active outbound leads (including followup when required).
Lead clients through the process from first questions through booking and scheduling the job.
Job responsibilities will be added as you become more proficient

Requirements and qualifications:

Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for (x) year(s)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
Previous industry experience and product knowledge is a plus.
