The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in our Toronto office.

As a Project Manager you will manage analysis and engineering designs process related to the SC6 requirements and mitigation or modification of design.

Work with the Access team and the vendor of SC6 to get the reports in a timely manner.

Full understanding about the aspect of construction and deployment of network RAN, following process and procedures, with potential to propose changes in the current processes to improve the speed and quality of the built.

Responsible for new and upgrade projects Engineering Designs (new sites, upgrades and overlay, Microwave Radio swap) works directly with deployment team as well as access team, to validate the requirement of the structure as well as the RF and TX design are meet, follow up on the standard variances and record them.

Handle end to end routine structural inspection.
A typical day

This role is following up on the multiple teams involved in the production and the approval of the designs.
Analyze the design and extracting the required information's out of it, making sure that it meets all the requirements and the standards.
Following up on the SC6 and analysis the solution or the mitigation record them and insuring the implementation of it.
End to end routine CSA inspection check and clear up of any concern or adjustment required.
Manages projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, tracking, and evaluation of project performance.
Motivates project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
Conducts project review and status meetings, and communicates project status.
Utilizes established project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.

Your skills/experience

A Bachelor's Degree or technical diploma in relevant a field.
10+ years of project management or engineering experience in Telecom implementation projects. PMP certification is an asset.
Excellent follow up, communication and leading skills to deal with team & vendors, MS office skills, selfmotivation, and selfstarter abilities.
Requires proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks
Understands how the assigned tasks relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others
May provide informal guidance and support team members
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical based on existing precedents or procedures
Impacts the quality and quantity of own work and its contribution to the team
