Banking Services Associate - Winnipeg, Canada - National Bank of Canada
Description
This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Client Services, Private Banking 1859._Your job:
- Support the Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative followup.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by developing personalized, trustbased relationships.
- Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to make multiproduct offers that meet their needs.
- Answer client questions and act as a resource person for the firm's policies, procedures, and complex products.
- Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
- Analyze client accounts, make followup calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
- Coach and act as a mentor in guiding and training new or less experienced employees.

You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Manager of Customer Service, Private Banking 1859.
Prerequisites:
- Threeyear college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products
- Knowledge of Microsoft 36
- Experience in personal and/or commercial credit an asset
- French language is an asset
