Hybrid/Remote, Victoria BC. Required 3 days on-site.

Managing Director
Position Summary:


  • The Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to the Managing Director and manages the Main Office facility. Working closely with our Managing Director and her team, your primary tasks will be to assist with the daily organization and coordination of executivelevel meetings, on and offsite events, and offsite travel. You will also provide management and maintenance of the Victoriabased Head Quarters office.

What you would be doing:


  • Organize and maintain daily scheduling for the MD
  • Assist with letters, memos, and company communications
  • Coordinate expense reporting
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Corporate travel booking
  • HQ Courier and Mail Room maintenance
  • General facility management

What you need:


  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on complex prioritized tasks through to completion
  • Minimum twoyears of clerical or administrative duties in a professional office environment
