Description
Quality assurance inspector for new construction sites only


responsible to pre-check new house conditions such as floor conditions drywall and wall conditions prior to sending tile installers to install tile, as well post inspections after tile work is completed to sign off on installers work.

i.e. floor conditions squareness of shower wall etc.

all deficiencies to be logged into Gardenia tile service fusion app and to advise the site managers. Daily work with scheduling manager to schedule site installation work

MUST have some home construction knowledge for residential housing and high-rise condos

must be over 25 and have G license and clean abstract to drive on highways


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
From $23.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 8 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Construction: 1 year (required)
