As a Logistics Group Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead and support a team of unionized employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring they're engaged, coached, and set up for success.

    • Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including production support, receiving, shipping, and overall material flow.
    • Manage staffing levels and weekly workforce planning to ensure operations are properly resourced.
    • Drive improvement through operational excellence programs to ensure strong results with an empowered and accountable team.

    Maintain strong relationships with Union Members while championing health and safety programs. Utilize WMS systems effectively by maintaining accurate inventory levels. Develop problem-solving skills in this fast-paced environment where collaboration is key.
