• Research, Create and Manage a portfolio of goaldriven campaigns for a large range of topics
• Analyze and optimize campaigns using a combination of internal and thirdparty analytics to maximize performance
• Using internal tools to optimize bids and campaigns
• Perform market and keyword research to identify industry trends
• Monitor traffic throughout the day to ensure performance
• Working with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
• Writing captivating ad text for search and display ads

• Fundamental understanding of online marketing and its various implementations (ex: PPC, Display and CPA)
• A selfstarting mentality that takes ownership and pride in their work, with the ability to work extra hours to accommodate an always active online world
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and data driven

• Experience in running online marketing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other major online Advertising platform
• Google Ads Certifications
• Bing Ads Certifications
• Understanding of basic SQL commands
• Experience with multivariate or A/B testing
