Role Proposition:

Accountabilities:

Meet with Slopes Manager or Slopes Lead hand at the start of each day and review the work list, identify priorities
Slope Manager or Lead Hand will be the point of contact for safety meetings and review equipment needs, special instructions, PPE requirements, mountain information updates, weather, concerns, successes, etc., setting daily completion goals
Ensure that equipment inventories are maintained and tools are available when needed
Daily progress tracking of work to ensure timely completion of the task before starting another
Experience working at Sun Peaks
Experience working in a winter Operations department
Minimum three seasons of experience operating Snowcats, Aebi and Aebi Implements, Backhoes, Excavators, and other Heavy Equipment
Mature person with a solid work ethic and interpersonal skills
A team player, selfmotivated, with proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
