Your responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, adjust, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and related information technologies.
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Provide user and systemlevel support.
• Analyze system performance.
• Maintain enduser accounts and permissions.
• Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.

Your profile

• College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Microsoft, CompT1A A+, or other Information Technology certification
• Three (3) to five (5) years related practical technical experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and software, Microsoft Active Directory and group policy implementation
• Understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environment is an asset
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and French
• Valid Class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record
• Eligibility for security clearance
